The Spanish member agency of Eurocom Worldwide specializes in strategic communication, engagement, and corporate culture. Eurocom Worldwide is one of the largest global networks of independent PR and marketing communications agencies.
With a score of 89 points, Both surpassed the Spanish average for companies of its size and sector after meeting rigorous standards in governance, workers, community, environment, and clients.
“Becoming a certified B Corp is one of the most rewarding milestones in our history,” said Cristina Salvador, founder of Both. “It validates our purpose-driven approach and motivates us to keep raising the bar in building responsible and inclusive cultures.”
Since 2000, Both has supported more than 1,500 organizations, delivering purpose and values programs, inclusive leadership training for over 8,000 people, and DEI/ESG initiatives reaching 10,000+ participants. Today, 34% of its revenue comes from projects with purpose-driven companies.
Both also champions equity and diversity within its own team: 80% of its leadership is female, including its founder, recently honoured with the National Communication Award by the Government of Catalonia.
